Product Return Procedures
If you have an item to return, please email the Fenway customer service team; email@example.com with the details.
Make sure to include:
- Your name and the best phone number to reach you at if a call is necessary.
- Details about what you are returning, why you are making the return, and what other item(s)
you would like instead, if any.
- The best mailing address for us to send you the new items.
A member of the Fenway Team will be in touch with you to process the return.
Some items are not eligible for return and are marked as so on the shoppe.
